Service Agreement & Policies

 
Cancellation Policies
Walks/Drop-In Visits (ONE DAY CANCELLATION) are eligible for a full refund only if cancelled before 12:00pm the day before service or earlier. If cancelled same day or 12:00pm or after the day before, no refund is given.

Pet/Housesitting: (SEVEN DAY CANCELLATION) are eligible for a full refund only if cancelled before 12:00pm 7 days before service or earlier. If cancelled later than 12:00pm one week before the stay begins, a 50% refund is available for the first 7 cancelled calendar days from the cancellation request date. A 100% refund is available for any additional days. If cancelled after 12:00pm the day before service, there is no refund available for the first day of the booking. The cancellation policy applies at the 50% rate for days 2-6, and 100% for any days there after.

No credits or holds for future credit.
Frequent late cancellations may result in end of service.
Exception: If Amanda must cancel, you will receive a full refund and the cancellation policy will not apply. 


Payment Policies
Payment is required in full prior to service. 
Payment in full is
required to hold your pet's spot on the calendar. 
For first time/new clients, payment is not required until after initial meet and greet. 
Payment is accepted through Zelle, Apple Pa
y, Venmo, PayPal
Rover, Wag, and Meowtel clients must continue to book and pay through these third party sites as per Amanda's contracts with each site.

Holiday Rates & Dates
Any booking that includes a date listed below will be charged at the full holiday rate.
